    The Crimson Ghost

The Crimson Ghost, or his real name Dr. Parker was a mysterious gangster and small-time terrorist that wanted to be feared by those who looked down on him. Parker created collars that, when put on a person's neck, would put them under his control. He created a name for himself as the terrifying Crimson Ghost, with a mask to hide his identity. He would soon learn about a device known as the Cyclotrode X, which was a device that could disable any electrical device it came into contact with. He saw use in this for his own nefarious purposes. He, along with his henchmen would set out to retrieve the device, and he was willing to kill anyone that got in his way. After a long battle, and a thrilling car chase, he almost had the device in his grasp but would end up being defeated, unmasked and then arrested.

His dungeon is shown to house mad doctors and lunatics, that he torments. He awakens four ghouls, Jerry, Doyle, Graves, and Chud to go out a spread his fear. As time goes on, he ends up kidnapping Graves and holding him in his dungeon, for the rest of his life. Graves is seemingly able to escape, so The Fiend tails after him. Eventually, he finds them, as they awaken Frankenstein's monster to join them. The Fiend sneaks around and is seemingly able to defeat Frankenstein's monster before retreating into the darkness.
