Droitwich Spa (often abbreviated to Droitwich / ˈ d r ɔɪ t. w ɪ tʃ /) [3] is an historic spa town in the Wychavon district in northern Worcestershire, England, on the River Salwarpe. It is located approximately 22 miles (35 km) south-west of Birmingham and 7 miles (11 km) north-east of Worcester.

Droitwich Spa is a charming, canal-side town located north of Worcester within 45 miles of Birmingham. Its pastel-coloured, picture-perfect high street is awash with character reflected in crooked buildings and historic monuments which depict the town’s history with salt.
Droitwich Spa town is an ideal centre from which to explore the Heart of England. To the north of Droitwich Spa lies the City of Birmingham, home of the National Exhibition Centre and to the south stands the City of Worcester, dominated by its Cathedral.
