  3. At the tip of Brittany, Brest is a resolutely modern, dynamic city in perpetual motion. It's the only place where urban effervescence rubs shoulders with the slow living of the sea, where you can go from a suit and tie on the tramway to a wetsuit and paddle in less than 30 minutes.
