Évry-Courcouronnes (French pronunciation: [evʁi kuʁkuʁɔn] ⓘ) is a commune in the southern suburbs of Paris, France, prefecture of the department of Essonne. [ 3 ] It was established on 1 January 2019 from the amalgamation of the communes of Évry and Courcouronnes .
Located on the left bank of the Seine, Évry is one of the greenest cities in France with numerous green spaces and other parks which reduce the strong impact of the constructions that dot the Paris region.
