Aug 20, 2015 · I would recommend creating a new user account and check if you can see Music folder. Once you are able to view Music folder, you can then import data from old user to new one. Press Windows key + R to open RUN box. Type control userpasswords2 and press OK. Under User Account window and under Users tab, click Add tab.
You will have to take two approaches -. 1. Default location - This is stored in Music folder which you can locate under This PC. 2. Music at other locations - The music might reside in many other folders as well. Open File Explorer > Select C: drive > In Search on top right, put following and press Enter. kind:=music.
