Jan 24, 2022 · And man, is this folksy! It isn't really a horror film in the traditional sense, though. It's practically a musical, actually, with the hero of the story, Hillbilly John, strumming his guitar and singing some pretty good original songs throughout the film.
One of the most unusual films I’ve come across in a while, it’s quite something at my age, after decades of watching all manner of curious cult movies to stumble upon something totally unlike anything I’ve ever seen before.
