Nov 13, 2023 · Pakistan bowling coach Morne Morkel, who had joined the team on a six-month contract in June, has resigned from his post on Monday, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) stated in a press release. Morkel’s decision to step down comes in the aftermath of Babar Azam and Co failing to qualify for the knockouts of the 2023 ODI World Cup after winning only four games from their nine outings.
