Phoebe Jane Elizabeth Tonkin (born 12 July 1989) is an Australian actress. Born and raised in Sydney, she began her career on Australian television and had her breakthrough playing Cleo Sertori in the Network Ten fantasy series H 2 O: Just Add Water (2006–2010), for which she received acclaim and was nominated for the AACTA Award for Best Actress.
