Athadu can be safely called as a GOATed movie. Adhi oka classic and brought many unseen elements to TFI. The movie is significant even culturally if you ask me. Right from boomers to millennials and Gen Z andhari noti meeda untai Athadu lo dialogues. Even the album is S tier and each and every song can be played on loop.

Plot. At a remote dhaba near Suryapet, a young boy named Nandu pulls out a gun, kills the local gangster, and flees to Hyderabad, where Sadhu, a gangster, takes him in. Sadhu recruits Nandu to rob a local bank successfully, but is betrayed by his lieutenant and arrested by a corrupt police Sub-Inspector (SI).
The positive points of the film are Mahesh Babu, Trivikram's taking, photography, fights and dialogues. The negative points of the film are not being able to blend in two stories well and not able to get the emotions worked out for village scenes in the second half.
The movie's strong point lies in the acting of the protagonist. The first half an hour of the film is best part of the movie. It becomes little subtle at parts but never loses the basic plot of the story. the direction is simply splendid, i like the direction style.
