  2. WISER allows UMass Boston students to search and register for classes, add/drop, view billing information, access grades, and more. All help documentation and videos are now located in our WISER Knowledge Base for Students .

  3. Log in to WISER. Click on the Faculty / Advisor Center tile. Click on the Advisor Center tab. Locate the student in your list of advisees and click on the Student Center link, or use the View Data for Other Students button to search for the student by ID or name.

  4. WISER gives you access to your class rosters and grade rosters, as long as you are listed in the Schedule of Classes as the instructor of the class. You may also view the academic record of any student for advising purposes.

The Campus ID (e.g. First.Last001) that will be provided to you, in conjunction with the password you create, can be used to access: WISER - your UMass Boston student information system which you will access for course registration, billing, Blackboard, and more.
