Ministry of Housing & Urban Affairs has initiated Affordable Rental Housing Complexes (ARHCs), a sub-scheme under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana - Urban (PMAY-U).
PMAY Urban is a Government of India scheme to provide pucca houses to eligible urban households by 2022. It has four verticals: In-situ Slum Redevelopment, Credit Linked Subsidy Scheme, Affordable Housing in Partnership and Beneficiary-led Individual House Construction/Enhancement.
