The Poshan Tracker enables real-time monitoring and tracking of all AWCs and beneficiaries on defined indicators. It is built using centralized data architecture that also aligns with the digital technology systems of other ministries and programs.
The Poshan Tracker App was launched with a vision to digitise data/ record related to malnutrition and service delivery under ICDS from Anganwadi Centres across the country, paving the way for near-real time monitoring and enabling policies for targeted intervention.
