Founded in 1994, the Deggendorf Institute of Technology is an applied sciences university in Lower Bavaria, Germany. In addition to its undergraduate and graduate courses, the institute offers doctoral programs in cooperation with Charles Sturt University.
Deggendorf University of Applied Sciences, officially known as the Deggendorf Institute of Technology (DIT), is a public university of applied sciences founded in 1994. With more than 8,000 students, it is one of the largest universities of applied sciences in Bavaria, Germany.
With an acceptance rate of 55- 60% every year, Deggendorf Institute of Technology admissions are moderately selective. The total number of students enrolled at DIT is over 6000 with over 20% of international students.
