Enter your ServiceNow credentials to Sign In (Log In) to Now Learning. The Hi (username) screen displays. Select your profile icon, then select My Profile from the list. The profile menu is located in the top right of the screen with your initials or image.

To register for an exam, you will need to create a Webassessor account and then link it to your Now Learning account. For individuals with a disability or English as Second Language (ESL), ServiceNow does offer reasonable accommodation while taking the certification exam.
