Jan 11, 2022 · I purchased the JBL quantun duo speakers, when i plug the USB to the device the USB is not detected and nothing gets installed to allow for the speakers to function. I logged a case with JBL and they advised that there currently is not any driver support for Windows 11 and only Windows 7, 8.1 and 10 nothing for Windows 11.
