However, the airline requests that you lodge official complaints via their designated complaints and claims page on their website rather than by phone.

Sep 19, 2023 · You can check your case status using our chatbot from the 'Contact Us' page on ba.com . All you have to do is click 'Start Chat' in the bottom right corner of the screen and type in "Check my case status". We'll ask for your 8 digit case number (e.g. 22472426).
