The Padma Shri ( IAST: padma śrī ), also spelled Padma Shree, is the fourth-highest civilian award of the Republic of India, after the Bharat Ratna, the Padma Vibhushan and the Padma Bhushan.
The Padma Awards are one of the highest civilian honours of India announced annually on the eve of Republic Day. The Awards are given in three categories: Padma Vibhushan (for exceptional and distinguished service), Padma Bhushan (distinguished service of higher order) and Padma Shri (distinguished service).

- Gurvinder Singh, Social Work (Divyang), Haryana: He nurtured 300 children dreams by setting up a child care institute named ‘Bal Gopal Dham’ and worked for betterment of homeless, destitute, women, orphans and divyangjan.
