In order to change the premium payment frequency, you need to submit your request before the policy anniversary. You can submit your request online by visiting My Account or via HDFC Life mobile application. Alternatively, you can write to us at [email protected] or visit your nearest HDFC Life branch to submit physical service request form.
As per regulatory changes, it is mandatory to submit PAN/Form 60 (if PAN is not available) for your policy with immediate effect.
