The choice of file formats is not to be found in the program's menus. You just need to select the Save As command to call the Save As dialog window, itself. When you go into the Save As dialog open the Format: list near the bottom.

May 5, 2016 · If you update Office 2007 with the most recent service pack, you should get the Save As PDF function back. Alternatively, you can install one of those freeware programs which install themselves as (virtual) printer icons. Examples include CutePDF and PrimoPDF.

May 28, 2011 · The Save as PDF add-in was only needed for Office 2007 SP1 or earlier. If you have SP2 (the latest version), saving as PDF is built-in so that you don't need the add-in. ---

If you already have this Add-In, remove and then download/reinstall it. Another option is to look for a third-party PDF printer such as CutePDF, which adds a virtual printer driver to "print" your files to PDF format.
