There’s a facility available online on the Parivahan website to check the transaction status of payment made for fancy numbers. Open the website, https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in/fancy/ and click on “User Other Services” tab. Select “Bank Transaction Status” from the drop-down menu.
You have an option to check from the official website https://vahan.parivahan.gov.in/fancy/ to check the RTO choice number availability as not all the fancy numbers are easily available and then apply accordingly.
Confirm the type of registration number (Fancy number/Choice number/General number). Confirm about the usage requirement of HSRP/smart card. Pay appropriate fee as specified in Rule 81 of Central Motor Vehicle Rules 1989 depending on the choice of registration number and use of HSRP/smart card.
