Tallapragada Subba Row (తల్లాప్రగడ సుబ్బారావు) (July 6, 1856 – June 24, 1890) was a Theosophist from a Hindu background and originally worked as a Vakil (Pleader) within the Indian justice system.

Tallapragada Subba Row was born on 6 July 1856 at Kakinada in Godavari District, Andhra Pradesh. He belonged to a family of distinction, his grandfather being the Sheristadar of the District and his maternal uncle, the Prime Minister to the Raja of Pithapuram.
