William Lloyd Oakley (born February 27, 1966) is an American television writer and producer, known for his work on the animated comedy series The Simpsons. Oakley and Josh Weinstein became best friends and writing partners at St. Albans School; Oakley then attended Harvard University and was Vice President of the Harvard Lampoon.
According to his website, Bill Oakley tried over a hundred criminal cases during his twelve years as a deputy district attorney, and was a key member of the General Crimes Unit. He was also instrumental in putting an end to a series of coffee shop robberies that occurred in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Season 1 []
Bill Oakley is an American TV writer and producer who worked on The Simpsons, Futurama, Regular Show and more. He also created the podcast Space: 1969 and the short "Steamed Hams" meme.
