Season 1. Dong-kyung has been working hard ever since her parents passed away. One day she gets diagnosed with a brain cancer. She blames her unlucky life and wishes to curse everything to disappear, which unintentionally calls Myul Mang, a messenger between humans and gods, to appear.
Misfortune has struck webtoon editor Tak Dong Kyeong (Park Bo Young) for years, leaving her orphaned, diagnosed with a terminal brain tumor, and broken-hearted. When she drunkenly calls upon the heavens to put her out of her misery, a Doom entity named Myeol Mang (Seo In Guk) appears.
God resets Doom and Dong Kyung, so their fates don't intertwine. Nevertheless, Dong Kyung meets Doom when she checks into the hospital. She calls for doom upon the world, again.
With only 100 days left of her life, she wishes to the stars not for money or fame, but for doom. Although it was just words to her, the stars have listened to her wish. A stranger named Myul Mang appears at her doorsteps claiming himself to be the doom of the world.
