Established in 1987, Carmel Divine Grace Foundation Secondary is the first school in the Tseung Kwan O New Town. The cost of furnishing and equipping the new school premises was generously donated by the “Divine Grace Foundation” set up by Presbyter M H Lau.
Carmel Divine Grace Foundation Secondary School is located in Po Lam, Tseung Kwan O, Sai Kung District, New Territories, Hong Kong, China. It is the first secondary school in the new town of Tseung Kwan O, and the oldest school teaching in English in Sai Kung District.
Carmel Divine Grace Foundation Secondary School, the first secondary school in Tseung Kwan O and the aided school with the longest history of using English as the medium of instruction in the district, was founded by the Evangelical School Development Incorporation Limited in 1987.

Secondary One students are admitted through Central Allocation and by application according to the EDB Secondary School Places Allocation (SSPA) System. Secondary One applicants must attend an interview for admission.
The following documents should be submitted to School by hand or by post: 1. An application letter 2. Copies of annual school reports of recent 3 years 3. Any other pertinent information to the application (e.g. recommendation letter(s), copy of certificates, etc.)
Shortlisted applicants will be notified to sit for a written test and an interview held in early to Mid-July. **All personal data collected will be used only for the purposes of admission.**
