Lieutenant General Devraj Anbu, PVSM, UYSM, AVSM, YSM, SM, ADC is a retired general officer of the Indian Army who served as 39th Vice Chief of Army Staff (VCOAS). He assumed office on 1 June 2018 following the retirement of Lieutenant General Sarath Chand, and retired on 31 August 2019.

Dec 1, 2016 · JAMMU: Lieutenant General Devraj Anbu today took over as chief of Army's northern command overlooking the operational command of Jammu and Kashmir. Lt Gen Devraj took charge of the Udhampur-based Northern command today, Defence Spokesman of Northern Command said.
