Carlos Frederico Werneck de Lacerda GCC ( Rio de Janeiro, [ a] 30 de abril de 1914 – Rio de Janeiro, 21 de maio de 1977) foi um jornalista e político brasileiro. Foi membro da União Democrática Nacional (UDN), vereador (1947), deputado federal (1955–60) e governador do estado da Guanabara (1960–65).
Carlos Lacerda was born in the city of Rio de Janeiro. Although a supporter of the left in his youth, he became politically conservative and anti-communist as grew older. He established the newspaper publication Tribuna da imprensa in 1949.
