Vijay Bahuguna (born 28 February 1947) is an Indian politician who served as the 6th Chief Minister of Uttarakhand. He is the eldest son of Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna , an independence activist and politician, and also a former Chief Minister of Uttar Pradesh .
