William James Adams (born March 15, 1975), known professionally as will.i.am (pronounced "will I am"), is an American rapper, singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, and actor. He is best known as the frontman of the musical group Black Eyed Peas , which he formed in 1995 with his close friends apl.de.ap and Taboo .
American musician will.i.am has released four studio albums, one compilation, 59 singles (including 42 as a featured artist), nine promotional singles, and 58 music videos . will.i.am's debut album, Lost Change, was released in October 2001 on Atlantic Records. The album spawned one single, "I Am".
