Seo Hye-lin ( Hangul: 서혜린; born August 23, 1993), [1] referred to as Hyelin, is a South Korean singer. She is best known as a member of the South Korean girl group EXID .
May 7, 2021 · Hyelin is the lead vocalist of the korean girl group EXID. In 2011, she participated in MNet's Superstar K3, making it through the auditions to "SuperWeek". In April 2012, AB Entertainment announced that three original members would leave EXID. Hyelin then joined the group along with Solji.

Pre-debut
Hyelin had wanted to be a singer from a young age, she was so passionate about this dream that once when her father implied she couldn't do it, she didn't speak to him for months after. She joined Superstar K3in 2011 but failed to advance.
2012: Debut with EXID
After audition and training with EXID's original company, she was going to be a member of the original lineup of EXID but was cut from the lineup before debut. However, following the departures of Yuji, Dami and Haeryung, she was added to the lineup (for her vocals and dancing) alongside former vocal coach Soljito create the five-member group known since then.
2016–2017: Street, Eclipse & Full Moon
In 2016, EXID promoted their first full album Street. It was on this album that the long awaited duo of Hyelin and Jeonghwa would come with the song "Are You Hungry?". Other than this bright and quirky track, Hyelin only participated in group tracks for this album. According to Banana Culture Entertainment, HYELIN will release her digital single “알아주길 바랬어 (Litt: I wanted you to know)” today. This is the first time in two years since the release of EXID’s fifth mini album in 2019.
Seo Hyelin is the 2nd youngest member and the Lead Vocal of EXID. She was meant to be an original member of the group but didn't debut with EXID to focus on work.[1] She made her official debut when she was added to EXID after three of EXID's members left and formed BESTie.
