A small-time homicidal maniac kidnaps a young heiress, prompting a cop to pursue him before he can kill the girl once the hefty ransom is paid. Guilio Sacchi, an underworld crime boss, is about to rise above the rank of Mafia hitman to the most savage killer in Milan.
A psychotic small-time criminal realizes that the everyday robberies, rapes and murders he commits aren't profitable enough, so he figures to hit the big time by kidnapping the daughter of a rich man.
