Highway Star (Korean: 복면달호; RR: Bokmyeon Dalho) is a 2007 South Korean musical comedy film starring Cha Tae-hyun as an aspiring rocker who achieves success as a masked trot singer.
Bong Dal-Ho ( Cha Tae-Hyun) fronts a heavy metal band in small town in South Korea. A manager of small record label in Seoul visits the nightclub where Dal-Ho's band is rehearsing. The manager listens to Dal-Ho sing and becomes convinced he can become a top star.

When small-time recording company head Jang offers Dal Ho a contract, he eagerly grabs the opportunity, believing that his time has finally come. After he signs, however, Dal Ho discovers that he won't be rocking after all.
