Lots of broad humor and slapstick visual gags and comedic mixups in flat apartments and archaic'n'crumbling town squares. Even at barey 70 minutes The Girl on the Broomstick can feel a little sluggish and overlong. Many scenes creep oddly quiet and crawl slack to the next softball set piece.
