Oct 3, 2021 · An Elephant Sitting Still (2018), a movie where the director committed suicide after it was finished. Recommendation Saw this on the Criterion channel and can't recommend it enough. It's demanding, it's a 4 hour long slow Chinese film about dissatisfaction and depression in 4 main characters in industrial China, and it's one of the best films of the past generation.
