Subramaniapuram. Paraman and Azhagu often get into fights and are thrown into the lock-up frequently. Kanugu and Somu always bail them out. Somu, an aspiring politician is heart-broken when his party doesn't elect him for the post of district chief. Azhagu, Paraman, and Kaasi kill Somu's opponent and he later becomes the district chief.
