Synopsis. On her way to visit her grandfather, Jeff Clinton, the sheriff of Sico City, little orphaned Penelope Clinton is abducted by her maternal grandfather, the outcast Black Murphy whose, name is associated with a reign of lawlessness that has plagued the territory.
