Natwar forces the butcher, whose son's life Vicky had saved, by kidnapping his son, and asking to kill Meena in exchange for the safe return of his son. The butcher pretends to kill Meena. Meanwhile Amarnath feels lonely after Vicky's departure and realizes his mistake. He takes to drinking himself.
Born with a silver spoon in his mouth, and a peg of brandy instead of a glass milk, Vicky Kapoor, the only son of multi-millionaire industrialist, Amarnath, grows up to be an alcoholic, albeit with a good heart.
