Rebuilt after a devastating war, the world of 2080 has given rise to advanced technologies including the creation of cyborgs. When the cyborgs revolt, Noma ( Yoon Chan) and R ( Yoo Ji-Tae) lead an elite military squad ordered to eliminate the rebellion.
In 2080, large nations are extinct and the world is comprised of loose alliances of city-states. Some of the refugees of the endless wars between cities live in a ghetto by the seaside. An MP, R, is responsible for flushing out expired cyborgs from the camp.
