This documentary shows the bonds that join Americans and Canadians, highlighted by the events of Sept. 11th, 2001. During a time of emergency, when U.S. air space was closed, ordinary Canadians do extraordinary things to make the passengers of airliners forced down in Canada, feel welcome.
Through interviews with the passengers, tells the story of those Americans who were stranded in various airports throughout Canada on September 11, 2001 - and the kindness of the Canadian citizens who went out of their way to help them.
