is a 2001 filming of the 1997 Broadway production featuring the show's final cast. The show was filmed at Plymouth Theatre in New York City during December 2000, utilizing multiple high definition cameras. The production was at least partly due to the production clout of star David Hasselhoff, and the tag line "Not another day at the beach" referencing his previous world-wide hit program, Baywatch.
The live-event was was released March 10th, 2001 as a one-night-only event in seven digital cinemas in the US and with showings on cable and Pay-Per-View It was released on DVD in 2001 by Good Times Video.
