In Italy, Bond and Melina seek organised-crime figure Milos Columbo through businessman Aristotle Kristatos, then travel to Corfu to pursue Columbo. Columbo reveals that Kristatos is responsible for the Havelock’s murder and is working with the Russians to obtain the ATAC.
After Bond goes with Kristatos' protege, figure skater Bibi Dahl (Lynn-Holly Johnson), to a biathlon course, a group of three men, which includes East German bi-athlete (and KGB agent) Eric Kriegler (John Wyman), chases Bond, trying to kill him.

For Your Eyes Only is fairly simple: it's a generic Moore Bond, with a villain whose time onscreen is massively misused, and it has no exceptional qualities in its story, actors, or style. But I believe that for its time, and perhaps even for much later in the series history, it has the best action of perhaps the whole franchise.
“For Your Eyes Only” is a competent James Bond thriller, well-crafted, a respectable product from the 007 production line. But it's no more than that.
