MV Agusta (Italian pronunciation: [ˌɛmmeˈvi aˈgusta], full name: MV AGUSTA Motor S.p.A., original name: Meccanica Verghera Agusta or MV) is a high end motorcycle manufacturer founded by Count Domenico Agusta on 19 January 1945 as one of the branches of the Agusta aircraft company near Milan in Cascina Costa, Italy.
Agusta was an Italian helicopter manufacturer. It was based in Samarate, Northern Italy. The company was founded by Count Giovanni Agusta in 1923, who flew his first airplane in 1907.
MV Agusta F4 RC gets its life from a 998cc, four-stroke, 16 valve engine that comes mated to a cassette style, six-speed constant mesh transmission system. The mighty powerplant churns out a net power of 192.4bhp at 13,400rpm along with a peak torque of 110.8Nm at 9,600rpm.
