1957–1978. Francis William Mahovlich CM (born January 10, 1938) is a Canadian former professional ice hockey player and a former Liberal Senator in the Canadian Senate. He played on six Stanley Cup -winning teams and is an inductee of the Hockey Hall of Fame.
Frank Mahovlich, also known as The Big M, was a left wing who played 1181 games in the NHL. He won six Stanley Cups, nine All-Star selections, and was inducted into the Hall of Fame in 1981.
