Frederick Biletnikoff (born February 23, 1943), nicknamed " Scarecrow ", is an American former football player and coach. He played as a wide receiver for the Oakland Raiders in the American Football League (AFL) and National Football League (NFL) for fourteen seasons and later was an assistant coach with the team.
