Milan Lasica was born on 3 February 1940 in Zvolen, Slovenský stát [now Slovakia]. He was an actor and director, known for Hostage (2014), Frankenstein's Aunt (1987) and Modrá ruza (1996). He was married to Magda Vásáryová and Zora Kolínska. He died on 18 July 2021 in Bratislava, Slovakia.

The legendary Slovak humorist, actor, dramatist, lyricist and director studied small theatre dramaturgy at the Academy of Performing Arts in Bratislava. During his studies, Mr. Lasica performed his own authorial dialogues at Tatra music hall in Bratislava.
