Michael M. Mihm. Michael Mihm was born in Amboy, Illinois, on May 18, 1943. He graduated with honors from Loras College, Dubuque, Iowa, in 1964 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Saint Louis University School of Law in 1967.
