Thakur Anoop Singh (born 23 March 1989) is an Indian actor and bodybuilder who primarily appears in Telugu films and some Tamil and Kannada films. He played Dhritarashtra in the 2013 TV series Mahabharat. In 2015 he won a gold medal in a bodybuilding contest in Bangkok, Thailand.
Thakur won the gold medal in the 2015 World Body-building Championship in Thailand, by defeating 70 athletes. He is known for playing the role of Dhritarashtra (blind king) in Star Plus channel’s show Mahabharat .
