Dulquer Salmaan (IPA: [d̪ulkʰɐr salmaːn]; born 28 July 1983/1986) is an Indian actor, playback singer and film producer who predominantly works in Malayalam films in addition to Tamil, Telugu and Hindi films.

He studied in Kerala till primary classes, after which he joined Sishya School in Chennai. He received his bachelor's degree from Purdue University, U.S. He married Chennai-based architect Amal Sufiya, on 22 December 2011.
