Denman Preston Gordon (July 30, 1965 – April 26, 2023) was an American professional football player who was a defensive back in the National Football League (NFL) and Canadian Football League (CFL).
1983, 1984, 1985, 1986. Post-OSU Update: Sonny Gordon was selected with the 157th overall pick (6th round) of the 1987 NFL Draft by the Cincinnati Bengals. Gordon never played with the Bengals, but did play seven games for Tampa Bay in 1987. He later played three years in the CFL.

Just this year, Sonny was diagnosed with ALS or Amyotrophic Lateral Sclerosis.
