Abhimaan (lit. ' Pride ') is a 1973 Indian Hindi musical drama film directed by Hrishikesh Mukherjee, starring Amitabh Bachchan, Jaya Bachchan, Asrani, Bindu and David. The film was loosely based on the 1970 Bengali Film Bilambita Loy starring Uttam Kumar and Supriya Devi.
