Ira Steven Behr (born October 23, 1953) is an American screenwriter and television producer, best known for his work on Star Trek, especially Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, on which he served as showrunner and executive producer.
Ira Steven Behr is a TV producer and writer who worked on Star Trek: The Next Generation, Star Trek: Deep Space Nine, and The Twilight Zone. He also created The 4400 and Outlander, and wrote the book The Rules of Acquisition.
